What is your shipping policy?All candles are hand-poured upon order and take 1-4 business days to ship. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as shipments are processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us at help@heavenscentcollective.com and we will send it to you.

What is your return and refund policy?All sales are final, and we cannot modify or cancel orders after payment confirmation. If your package arrives damaged, we will provide the same item at no additional cost to you. Please email us at help@heavenscentcollective.com for assistance.

How should I care for my wood wick candles?It is recommended that you trim your wood wick before every burn to ensure a cleaner burn. Shop our wick trimmers today.

Do you offer candle-making workshops?Yes, we offer candle-making workshops for groups of 10 or more. The workshop includes 2 hours of guided instruction, all materials, one candle in a signature vessel, custom fragrance design, and custom label design (label artwork or logo must be submitted one week prior to the workshop). Email us to book your event.
