Cancellation Policy

Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled candle making experience will not qualify for a refund. We will offer all customers full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days prior) of the scheduled event. If a customer needs to cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of their booked candle experience or does not make it to their class on time, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will allow a guest, a 1 time reschedule. If customer fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no call, no show) this reservation is automatically forfeited. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. We understand that traffic and parking can be difficult in the area, so allow enough time for parking. We will not accept guests into the sessions who are more than 10 minutes late; this is to ensure that they get the full candle making experience. On the street parking is available within the area. Customers can also park in the Freight House parking garage. We will provide shuttle service from the parking garage if notified of the need prior to your scheduled session.
